Blog #24 - Exit Interview

(1) What is your essential question, and what are your answers?  What is your best answer and why?
 EQ: What are the most effective strategies a shelter can use to increase the chances an animal will be adopted?
Answer 1: One of the most effective strategies a shelter can use to increase the chances an animal will be adopted is to have a prepared, professional, and organized staff team.
Answer 2: One of the most effective strategies a shelter can use to increase the chances an animal will be adopted is to have a strong, active social media connection. 
Answer 3:  One of the most effective strategies a shelter can use in order to increase the chances that an animal will be adopted is to properly train the shelter pet.
(2) What process did you take to arrive at this answer?
 My best answer would be #1 because the staff and the volunteers take care of the pets and help the potential adopters. If the staff of an organization then the whole business would be run down - there wouldn't be a professional setting to attract customers or the assist that customers demand. 
(3) What problems did you face?  How did you resolve them?
The problems that I faced when concluding to this answer was that it was based from experience and not from research. I proved my problem correct based from observing at my mentorship and form my interview from my mentor.
(4) What are the two most significant sources you used to answer your essential question and why?
